What is Direct Primary Care
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model that gives you direct access to primary care without billing insurance for routine visits.
Instead of paying a copay every time you need your provider—or waiting weeks for a rushed appointment—you pay a predictable monthly membership fee for ongoing access to primary care at LunaLuxe.
The goal is simple: more time, easier access, and a stronger provider-patient relationship.
DPC is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialist care, or other services outside LunaLuxe.

Routine, preventive, acute, and chronic-care visits without per-visit copays.

ANNUAL WELLNESS CARE
Preventive wellness care and routine annual health assessment included with your membership.
TELEHEALTH FOLLOW-UPS
Convenient virtual follow-up care when an in-person visit isn't necessary.
ROUTINE WELLNESS LABS
Annual routine wellness laboratory testing included, with additional testing available when clinically appropriate.
CHRONIC + ACUTE CARE
Ongoing management of chronic conditions along with care for everyday illnesses and health concerns.
Good to know: Your DPC membership covers primary care services provided through LunaLuxe. Medications, outside imaging, specialist care, hospital services, specialty testing, and services outside the scope of the membership are not included.

What DPC Doesn't Replace
Direct Primary Care is not health insurance.
Your LunaLuxe membership is designed for primary care provided through our practice. It does not replace coverage you may need for:
• Emergency room care
• Hospitalizations
• Specialist services
• Surgery
• Outside imaging
• Medications and pharmacy costs
• Healthcare received outside LunaLuxe
For that reason, we recommend maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for healthcare needs outside your DPC membership.

Is Direct Primary Care health insurance?
No. Direct Primary Care is a membership for primary care services provided through LunaLuxe and is not health insurance. We recommend maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for emergencies, hospitalizations, specialist care, and other healthcare needs outside the membership.
Can I still have health insurance and join DPC?
Yes. DPC can be used alongside health insurance. Your LunaLuxe membership covers included primary care services provided through our practice, while insurance may still be used for services outside LunaLuxe.
Are routine labs included?
Routine annual wellness labs are included with your membership. Additional or specialty laboratory testing may be recommended based on your individual healthcare needs and is priced separately when applicable.
What happens if I need a specialist or hospital care?
When specialty or higher-level care is needed, we can help coordinate appropriate next steps and referrals. Specialist visits, hospital care, emergency services, imaging, and other outside services are not included in the DPC membership.
