Instead of insurance-driven visits, DPC operates on a simple monthly membership, allowing for longer appointments, direct communication, and truly individualized care.

Our DPC services include preventative care, chronic disease management, acute visits, women’s health, weight management, hormone optimization, and integrative wellness support—all without copays or rushed appointments. This model allows us to focus on what matters most: listening, educating, and partnering with you in your health journey.
