Cancellation Policy
✨ Booking Policy – LunaLuxe Aesthetics and Wellness To reserve your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment total on the day of service. We understand life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
